The vineyard of Les Clous lies close to the top of the slope in Meursault neighbouring onto Les Narvaux and Vireuils, so as you would expect it has the typical notes of Meursault but with good freshness. It has a soft nose with some notes of hazelnuts. On the palate it is fresh yet has some buttery notes, good rounded fruit and it finishes with a long and true aftertaste.

A lovely wine that is brilliant with fish and shellfish, but equally good with poultry.

The roots of Domaine Éric Boigelot trace back to the early 20th century when Éric Boigelot’s great-grandfather established a 2-hectare wine estate in the village of Monthélie. Over time, Jacques Boigelot, Éric’s grandfather, expanded the domain to cover 7 hectares across Meursault, Monthélie, Volnay, and Pommard.
