Orders

 

To order alcohol you must be at least 18 years of age. We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or who we believe to be, under 18 years of age. By placing an order you are confirming that you are above the legal age limit and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this..

Whilst we take every care to ensure the accuracy of the list, vintages, producers and prices, we cannot guarantee the availability of any of the items in this list. In the event that a product is unavailable or a specific vintage is unavailable, we shall contact you to arrange a suitable replacement or another acceptable arrangement to complete your order. Please note: labels, bottle designs and vintages can change without notice and, despite our best efforts, these changes may not be reflected by the images or descriptions in this list..

The placing of an order does not constitute a contract, which will only be made when we accept your order and process payment..

Prices

Prices are quoted at our standard trade price. Lower prices may be available based upon various factors, including order volumes, monthly spend etc. If you would like to discuss bespoke pricing based on your business, please contact us at wine@gerrardseel.co.uk.

Prices in this list are per bottle and exclusive of UK VAT at the prevailing rate. Prices are subject to change at short notice for a variety of reasons including, but not limited to, vintage changes, shipping costs, changes in duty and VAT etc..

Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the quoted prices in this list, occasionally an error may occur and goods may not have a correct price attributed to them. If we discover a pricing error we will contact you and ask if you wish to cancel the order or to continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply the order if the goods are quoted at an incorrect price..

We reserve the right to terminate any special offer at any time, without notice..

 

 

Deliveries

Our minimum order volume is 24 bottles. Any orders below this volume may be subject to a minimum order surcharge of £25 inc. VAT..

Wines will be delivered to your business by our fleet of dedicated vans or, in a small number of cases, by a carefully selected courier/shipping partner..

Whilst every effort is made to accommodate specific delivery requests, we reserve the right to refuse. We will work with you to try and find a mutually agreeable alternative..

Drivers are only required to deliver to the designated delivery area and they reserve the right to refuse any other request. We cannot accept any loss or damage arising as a result of delivering beyond the designated delivery area..

Our carriers are only authorised to deliver goods where a specific signature for goods is available, between the hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday and only to the address of the purchaser. However, where specific instructions are given to leave the wine without a signature being obtained or to leave the consignment at an address other than the purchaser or at a business address where goods may be signed for by someone other than the purchaser, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage arising as a result of carrying out those instructions..
