The iconic Brut Rosé NV is Billecart's signature cuvée, blending Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, with a portion of still red wine adding both its delicate colour and remarkable depth of flavour.
Crafted in the house's timeless style, the wine offers lifted aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant, intertwined with notes of citrus zest, rose petal and freshly baked brioche. The palate is refined and beautifully textured, combining vibrant red berry fruit with crisp acidity, fine, persistent bubbles and a chalky mineral finish that brings exceptional balance and finesse.
Equally suited to celebration or the table, it pairs beautifully with tuna tartare, smoked salmon, roast duck, sushi or fresh summer berries.
