Maison Billecart-Salmon is a family-run house in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ that’s been perfecting its art since 1818. Still independent after more than 200 years, it’s known for an almost obsessive attention to detail, long ageing, and a signature style that prizes finesse over flash.

The wines are elegant, finely textured, and beautifully balanced — with that unmistakable Billecart freshness running through every cuvée. From the ethereal Brut Rosé to the complex, age-worthy Cuvée Nicolas François, this is Champagne that speaks softly but leaves a lasting impression.

The majority of the grapes used for vinification come from a radius of 20km around Epernay, where the Grand Crus of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay co-exist, in the ethereal vineyards of the Montagne de Reims, the Vallée de la Marne and the Côte des Blancs.
