Jam Jar Sweet Shiraz by Indaba comes from grapes grown mainly in vineyards surrounding Paarl, a region with a Rhône-like climate that is ideal for Shiraz cultivation.

This fresh, fruity, semi-sweet wine displays aromas and flavours of ripe blueberries, blackberries and raspberries with dark chocolate undertones. Refreshing and approachable with the perfect balance between sweetness and acidity.

The wine's ripe sweetness and juicy berry fruit make it an excellent match for sticky barbecue ribs, smoky burgers, spicy sausages or pulled pork. It also works surprisingly well with mild curries, blue cheese, or simply alongside dark chocolate desserts for an indulgent finish. Best served slightly chilled.

Indaba takes its name from a Zulu word signifying “a meeting of the minds”, a fitting name given that the winery is involved in several community initiatives.
