If you’re using a Coravin Sparkling system, these are the capsules you’ll need to keep it going. Coravin Pure™ Sparkling Capsules contain food-safe CO₂, which restores the pressure in an opened bottle and helps preserve its fizz and freshness between pours.
Simply attach a capsule to the Sparkling Charger and recharge the bottle after serving. This six-pack is ideal for regular use, particularly in bars and restaurants offering Champagne or sparkling wine by the glass.
