The 2023 Château Minuty Rosé et Or is a refined, classic expression of Provence rosé. Drawn from Minuty’s prime coastal vineyards overlooking the Gulf of Saint‑Tropez, the wine is led by Grenache, with a touch of Tibouren contributing aromatic nuance and coastal freshness.

Pale and luminous in the glass, it shows notes of white peach, wild strawberry, and citrus, with a subtle saline edge. The palate is dry and finely textured, combining crisp acidity with a smooth, polished feel and long, refreshing finish.

Rosé et Or is Minuty’s flagship cuvée and a benchmark for the region - perfect with seafood, Mediterranean dishes, or warm‑weather drinking on its own.

  • ❖ ABV: 12.5%
