The 2025 Château Minuty M Rosé is Provence in a glass - bright, breezy, and effortlessly elegant. Made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Tibouren, it’s bursting with juicy red berries and a hint of ripe peach. On the palate, it’s fresh and lively, with a gentle touch of sweetness that lifts the fruit and keeps things perfectly balanced.
It’s a seriously versatile rosé too - great with everything from fresh salads and seafood to grilled meats and lighter bites. Just make sure to serve it nicely chilled (around 8–10°C) to let all those crisp, vibrant flavours shine.
Minuty has been a family-run estate for over 85 years, and their rosés are all about showcasing the laid-back charm of the French Riviera with a focus on quality and character.
