Celler Alimara Llumí Blanc 2020 is a lively white blend from Catalonia’s Terra Alta, combining 55% Macabeo and 45% White Grenache (Garnatxa Blanca) from dry‑farmed, limestone soils at around 400 m elevation.
This wine opens with ripe apple, pear, and citrus aromas underscored by a mineral edge and subtle herbal lift. On the palate it’s smooth yet fresh, offering zesty acidity, a touch of texture, and just enough grip for food-friendly versatility.
Try it with rich or meaty fish like grilled sea bass or monkfish, lighter poultry dishes, and goat’s cheese-laden green salads. It also pairs beautifully with shellfish or sushi where that citrus‑speckled freshness and mineral core can really sing.
Best served at 8–10 °C, this is a dependable, crowd-pleasing wine that brings clarity and energy to the table—perfect for spring and summer occasions.
