Astoria Cuvée Honor Venezia D.O.C. is a refined and elegant sparkler from one of Italy’s top producers, crafted to celebrate the winery’s 30th anniversary. Made from a blend of Glera, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc, it offers a delicate, persistent mousse and bright, fruit-forward aromas—think ripe pear and citrus.
While it shares the easy charm of Prosecco, the addition of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc gives it extra depth and finesse. Fresh, just off-dry, and beautifully balanced, it’s perfect as an aperitif but also pairs brilliantly with seafood and light starters. A stylish, grown-up alternative to standard Prosecco.
