This exceptional Prosecco comes from Astoria's own vineyards in Valdobbiadene where the Glera grapes grow to perfection. It is carefully selected by hand so only the finest bunches make it to the vat where it is fermented at low temperature protecting all of the fine aromas you expect from Prosecco. The fizz is formed in autoclaves (pressurised tanks) again at low temperature before bottling.
It has a wonderfully fine pearl which is persistent. The bouquet is intense, clean cut, very fruity and with the great typicity of Glera. Crisp, dry and very well integrated with fruit the foremost component. This perhaps one of Astoria's finest products. Elegantly presented and stylish.
