9.5 Cold Wine Zerotondo is a lively, alcohol-free sparkler from Astoria Vini in Veneto—bright, fruity, and refreshingly dry. With notes of ripe white peach, yellow apple, and melon, it has a fine mousse and a thirst-quenching finish.
Made from organically grown local grapes, the juice is kept cool to prevent fermentation, with a touch of natural CO₂ added for fizz. Perfect for halal events or any occasion where you want the flavour and fun of wine, without the alcohol.
The name nods to the low fermentation temperature (9.5°C) and the winery’s commitment to balance and moderation. Fans of the Giro d’Italia might recognise it—Astoria’s been a proud sponsor for years.
