Lyme Bay Winery’s small, dedicated team in Devon’s beautiful Axe Valley is dedicated to producing traditionally styled English Still and Sparkling Wine, tailored to the 21st-century palate. Since opening their doors 30 years ago they have seen the success and reputation of their products soar, winning awards from prestigious competitions including the International Wine and Spirit Competition, the International Wine Challenge, the Decanter World Wine Awards and many more.

The Lyme Bay Bacchus is fresh and zesty with intense tropical and mineral flavours as well as characteristic English hedgerow notes. It is made from 100% Bacchus grapes, blended from selected fruit from Essex, Kent and Hereford. In contrast, the Lyme Bay Chardonnay is lightly oaked giving it a creamy finish with just a hint of spice. Its crisp and complex framework makes it an excellent match with food.
