Domaine Sipp Mack is run by Jacques Sipp, his wife Laura, and their daughter Carolyn. The Sipp family’s legacy of wine making began in 1698 when Frédéric Mack, a barrel cooper by trade, began making his own wines. This tradition continued for generations and Sipp Mack was officially born in 1959 following the marriage of Marie Louise Mack and François Sipp who came from another well-known winegrowing family in the region. Jacques & Laura took over in 1982 and expanded the commerce of their wines internationally.

The vineyards cover approximately 22 hectares in Hunawihr, Ribeauvillé and Bergheim. After years of practicing integrated pest management and sustainable farming, the Sipps converted the entire domaine to certified organic farming and have been fully certified organic since 2010.
