Coto Pelayo is a leading Spanish exporter for small to mid-sized family wineries, bringing small-batch, fine Spanish wines to the international community. All of the wineries they work with are carefully selected based on the quality of the wine, their representation of Spanish winemaking, and the quality-price ratio. Bodegas Bouza do Rei is a fine example of such a vineyard.

Located in Ribadumia, in the heart of the Salnés Valley, this winery focuses exclusively on the production of Albariño. Bodegas Bouza do Rei selects its wine harvest from the best land in Salnés, with vineyards which are more than twenty years old. Their 100 hectares of vineyards in the Rias Baixes are planted on soil with high granite concentration and which is relatively sandy, rich in organic material, slightly acidic, permeable and deep. Combined with temperature-controlled, stainless steel tank fermentation and other modern techniques, their wines encapsulate the best this region has to offer.
