Château d'Issan, a Third Growth in the 1855 classification, boasts a rich history dating back to the 12th century. Located in Margaux, it has been owned by the Cruse family since 1945, who have restored its reputation for producing exceptional wines. Today it’s a well-respected Château and we’re thrilled to have them on the portfolio.

The 53-hectare vineyard, planted primarily with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, benefits from gravelly soils. The estate practices sustainable viticulture and employs meticulous vineyard management. Wines are aged in 50% new French oak barrels, resulting in elegant, aromatic wines with silky tannins and refined structure, epitomising the Margaux appellation's finesse.
