Keeping Champagne and sparkling wine properly chilled throughout service can be tricky, especially when you don’t want to rely on an ice bucket. The Vacu Vin Active Cooler Champagne Elegant offers a simple alternative, cooling a bottle in around 15 minutes and keeping it at serving temperature for hours.
Just keep the reusable cooling sleeve in the freezer, place it inside the stainless steel casing and slide in the bottle. The brushed stainless steel finish gives it a clean, understated look that works well on the restaurant table, while the sleeve can also be used on its own for outdoor service and events.
