Trentham Estate Pinot Noir has a delicate, lifted aroma displaying strawberry and red cherry fruits. These flavours continue to the palate and are supported by subtle oak characters. The flavours linger with a long, delicate, fruit driven finish.

Trentham Estate Pinot Noir is made from four different clones which produce grapes of varying colour and flavour, adding complexity and weight to the final wine. A portion of the wine was matured in aged French oak barrels before blending and bottling.

Pinot Noir makes some of the most famous wines in the world, but is a challenging variety to grow: it is temperamental in the vineyard and it needs nurturing in the winery. The grapes for this wine were picked from Trentham's best vineyard where they ripened slowly and evenly to result in great quality fruit.
