Señorío de San Vicente is the flagship estate of the Sierra Cantabria family, dedicated exclusively to the rare Tempranillo Peludo clone, a naturally low-yielding mutation of Tempranillo found almost nowhere else. Planted on the limestone-rich soils of Rioja Alta, the vineyards produce wines of remarkable concentration, elegance and individuality.

The 2022 vintage has resulted in a beautifully expressive wine, offering aromas of ripe black cherry, blackberry and plum layered with notes of violets, cedar, sweet spice and dark chocolate. The palate is rich yet impeccably balanced, with silky tannins, vibrant acidity and exceptional depth, while subtle oak ageing adds complexity without overshadowing the purity of the fruit. Powerful yet refined, it finishes long with a distinctive mineral freshness that promises excellent ageing potential.
