Château-Fuissé’s Pouilly-Fuissé Tête de Cuvée is a standout white Burgundy—rich, elegant, and seriously good value. It opens with ripe, fragrant aromas, while the palate is fresh and focused, with crisp acidity, a touch of honey, and hints of praline and spice. It’s a beautifully balanced wine that punches well above its price point, especially in today’s white Burgundy market.
"A little oak evident on the nose. Succulent, ripe fruit with just enough balancing freshness coming from both acidity and minerality. Saline touch adds interest and keeps it lively."
Stewart Pryce, Gerrard Seel Buyer
Sourced from 40 parcels across clay-limestone soils, the blend brings together freshness from Pouilly’s limestone-rich sites and depth from the clay-heavy plots in Fuissé. Around 20% is aged in stainless steel for purity, with the rest in oak (20–30% new) for added texture and complexity.
We’ve been working with the Vincent family for over 20 years, their quality has been unwavering, and this cuvée continues to rival top names from Puligny or Meursault—without the hefty price tag.
