Produced from some of the Domaines oldest vines - some 100+ years old - Lucien Boillot's Nuits-Saint-Georges Pruliers is a magnificent 1er Cru Pinot perfect for those looking for something special from the Cote d'Or.

The emphasis here is on terroir expression and purity, though the 2016 has an especially vibrant core of fruit, which even today is absolutely singing. Stunning Pinot from one of Burgundy's most underrated producers.

Domaine Lucien Boillot

The old vines of Domaine Lucien Boillot have been handed down through the Boillot family. Pierre Boillot who manages the domaine today inherited the vineyards from his father Henri Boillot, who was originally from Volnay in the Côtes de Beaune. Pierre worked together with his brother Louis for years, but a few years ago they parted ways and split the family holdings.
