A pioneer in the region for his adaptation to changing climates. he has adapted the domaine’s 12 hectares of vineyards – 8 devoted to red and 4 to white grapes – to the warmer, drier weather by introducing reduced yields. This has enabled him to produce Chardonnays that are richer and more gourmand than others in the region. From lively village wines brimming with vitality to intricate Premier Crus, Domaine François Raquillet’s portfolio is regularly a favourite among consumers and critics alike.
