With its fine pedigree and delicate flavours of fruit and blossom, this wine stands apart from other Macon varieties, avoiding the common pitfalls of lack of concentration and over-oaking.
Domaine Du Bicheron is situated in the village of Péronne, in Saône Et Loire, in the southern region of Burgundy, about 20km north of Mâcon. The name of the estate is derived from "Le Bicheron", a small stream originating in St. Pierre Lanques and running through the area.
