Domaine Rossignol-Trapet Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes comes from old vines across the village, farmed organically and biodynamically. Fermentation includes a proportion of whole bunches, depending on the vintage, and the wine is aged in French oak with restrained use of new barrels to preserve clarity and structure.

Silky but structured, it combines fresh acidity with fine tannins and a long, poised finish. A natural partner for roast duck or mushroom-based dishes.

OUR GROWERS

Domaine Rossignol-Trapet

Domaine Rossignol-Trapet was founded in 1990 by brothers Nicolas and David Rossignol, bringing together two Burgundy lineages: their father Jacques Rossignol in Volnay and their mother Mado Trapet’s family holdings in Gevrey-Chambertin.

The domaine began experimenting with biodynamics in 1997 and converted fully in 2004. Today, all vineyards are farmed organically and biodynamically, with a focus on soil health and vine balance.
