Made Method Cap Classique, this 100% Chardonnay sparkling wine comes from Darling, on the West coast region of the Western Cape.

With a beautiful bouquet of bruised apples, lemon and lime and notes of brioche and pastry on the palate, this is a perfect wine to be enjoyed with sushi, fresh oysters and even Peking duck or fruit cake.

Darling Cellars enjoys an abundance of varietals growing in both the coolness of the Darling Hills, just three miles from the Atlantic coast, as well as the sun-drenched hinterland. The local biodiversity is essential at Darling Cellars. With more than 10% of the floral species in only 1% of the area of the Cape Floral Kingdom, Darling truly is unique among the world's grape growing regions, and this is reflected in their wines.
