Corte Adami’s 2022 Valpolicella Ripasso is a beautiful example of this classic Veronese style — rich, smooth, and deeply expressive. Made using the traditional Ripasso method, the freshly fermented Valpolicella wine is “re-passed” over the skins of the estate’s Amarone, adding depth, texture, and complexity. The result is a wine brimming with ripe red cherry, plum, and blackberry, layered with notes of spice, cocoa, and a touch of dried fruit. Silky tannins and lively acidity bring everything into balance, giving it both elegance and warmth.

It’s a versatile red that pairs perfectly with hearty pasta dishes, roasted meats, or aged cheeses - and equally rewarding on its own on a cool evening.

  • ❖ ABV: 14.5%

OUR GROWERS

Corte Adami

Angelo and Andrea Adami’s families nurtured vines in Soave and Valpolicella for generations, and their grapes were always highly sought after by the most prestigious producers in the region. However, it was not until 2004 that they began crafting their own wines under the Corte Adami label.
