Based in the rolling hills of the Soave Classico zone, Corte Adami is a family-owned estate that focuses on expressing the purity and elegance of Garganega from the region's historic volcanic vineyards. Cimalta Soave Classico 2023 is made from hand-harvested fruit, capturing the freshness and mineral character that have made Soave one of Italy's finest white wine appellations.
The 2023 vintage delivered healthy, balanced fruit with excellent aromatic intensity and vibrant acidity. Delicate aromas of white peach, pear and citrus blossom lead into a crisp palate layered with ripe orchard fruit, almond and a distinctive mineral note. Fresh, textured and beautifully balanced, it finishes long and clean with a gentle hint of salinity.
A wonderful match for grilled sea bass, seafood risotto, roast chicken or creamy pasta dishes, this is an elegant, versatile white that's ready to enjoy now over the next three to five years.
