The 2023 Corte Adami Amida Bianco is a bright, expressive white from Verona that brings a lovely balance of freshness and flavour. A blend of Garganega, Sauvignon Blanc and Traminer, it opens with inviting aromas of white peach, citrus, and a hint of wildflowers.
On the palate, it’s crisp and juicy, with notes of stone fruit, lemon zest, and a subtle mineral edge. Light-bodied but with a nice texture, it’s clean, refreshing, and easy to enjoy—perfect as an aperitif or alongside seafood, salads, or light pasta dishes.
