Vignobles Canet Comtesse de Beaulieu Blanc Demi-Sec is a pale gold, gently off-dry white with lovely aromas of blackberry blossom. On the palate, it’s soft, rounded, and grapey with notes of candied citrus and a creamy, fruit-forward finish.
Made from the same Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chasan grapes as the Beaux Lieux Réserve Blanc, the difference here comes from a slightly later harvest, which allows a touch more natural sweetness to develop. Aged for six months in a mix of oak and tank, it’s a smooth, expressive wine with just the right hint of sweetness - perfect for sipping on its own or pairing with lightly spiced dishes or soft cheeses.
