Fresh, rounded and full of sunny southern French charm, Fleur de Charlotte Chardonnay offers ripe peach, citrus and golden apple flavours, complemented by subtle hints of vanilla and toasted almond. The palate is smooth and gently creamy, with enough freshness to keep everything balanced, making it an easy-drinking Chardonnay that's equally suited to a midweek supper or a summer lunch. Pair it with grilled chicken, creamy pasta, roast salmon or a classic Caesar salad.
Château Canet is a family-owned estate in the Minervois, nestled at the foot of the Montagne Noire in the Languedoc. Committed to sustainable viticulture, the estate combines modern winemaking with a deep respect for its Mediterranean terroir, producing wines that are expressive, approachable and excellent value. The warm, dry conditions of the 2025 vintage delivered beautifully ripe, healthy fruit while retaining enough freshness to create a Chardonnay with generous fruit, soft texture and bright, balanced acidity.
