Domaine Long-Depaquit is a long-respected name in Chablis, and their Vaudésirs parcel, planted on steep, limestone-rich slopes, consistently delivers wines that are elegant, precise and deeply expressive of the terroir.
The 2019 vintage was warm and brought ripe, concentrated fruit, yet good acidity remained, giving wines a rounder, more generous feel without losing Chablis’ signature freshness.
This bottling balances citrus and stone fruit with floral notes and a subtle salty edge. On the palate it’s textural and refined, with bright acidity, chalky minerality and a long, focused finish. It’s polished and already enjoyable, especially with seafood, oysters or delicate poultry.
