Bright, aromatic and wonderfully refreshing, this Riesling bursts with lime zest, crisp green apple and delicate notes of beeswax and wild honey. A touch of natural fruit sweetness is perfectly balanced by vibrant acidity, giving the wine real energy and a long, citrus-driven finish. It's a brilliant match for fragrant Thai curries, sushi, roast duck or creamy blue cheeses.
Catherine Marshall has long championed cool-climate winemaking, and this Riesling is sourced from the high-altitude vineyards of Elgin, where chilly nights and slow ripening allow the variety to develop remarkable purity and finesse.
The 2025 vintage produced beautifully expressive fruit, with excellent natural acidity and precision, resulting in a wine that's deliciously approachable now but has the balance to evolve gracefully over the next few years.
