Bolle Drinks works in the low‑ and no‑alcohol space with a simple, sensible approach: start with properly made wine, then handle it carefully. Rather than constructing flavours, they source real wine and gently remove the alcohol to retain balance, texture, and varietal character.

Dealcoholisation is done using low‑temperature vacuum distillation, allowing the alcohol to be removed without heating or stripping the wine of aroma. Working under reduced pressure helps preserve freshness and natural flavour, resulting in wines that feel measured rather than manufactured.
