In the mouth the wine is palate filling with great elegance. It is very much fruit dominated with outstanding balance between freshness and structure. The finish is long and rich and the whole thing cries out for some food.

"This pure white Grenache wine is a wonderful accompaniment to the season's wonderful foods, especially fish and shellfish. Grown in the brown limestone soils of the Carinena vineyards close to the city of Zaragoza, the vines produce high quality grapes that are packed with flavour and fresh acidity.
