The 2022 Bodegas Añadas Care Dominio de Laidi Blanco Sobre Lías is a fresh, textured Spanish white with real character. Made from Chardonnay and Garnacha Blanca, and aged on its lees (sobre lías), it offers a lovely balance of bright fruit and subtle complexity.
You’ll find notes of crisp apple, pear, and citrus, layered with a gentle creaminess and a hint of nuttiness from the lees ageing. It’s clean and vibrant, with a smooth, slightly rounded palate and a refreshing finish.
Easy to enjoy but with enough depth to stand up to food, this is a smart, great-value white that punches above its weight.
