The 2022 Beaune Premier Cru 'Grèves' from Domaine Tollot-Beaut is a poised and expressive red Burgundy that captures the finesse and structure of this classic Côte de Beaune terroir. The Grèves climat is known for its warm, south-facing slopes and limestone-rich soils, which help produce wines with vibrant red fruit, fine tannins and clear mineral definition.
This Grèves will be delicious with roasted lamb chops with rosemary and garlic, pork belly sliders with pickled onions, beef bourguignon, or a mushroom and taleggio tart — dishes with rich, savoury flavours will dance with the wine’s bright fruit and structure.
