This delicious rose Prosecco is so characteristic of Astoria with bright red fruit flavours and aromas. It is pale pink in colour with a fine bead of bubbles that really bring the palate to life. In addition to the berry fruits there are also some floral notes. It is perfectly balanced in the mouth with a perfect level of acidity to get the juices flowing and in the finish there is just a faint hint of sweetness. A perfect pink Prosecco.

In 1987, brothers Paolo and Giorgio Polegato began Astoria Vini. Hailing from the winemaking family behind Antonini Ceresa Vini, these two have also kept Astoria Vini a family affair. Their wines are produced on the sunny Tenuta Val De Brun estate located in Refrontolo in the DOCG Conegliano- Valdobbiadene region.
