Astoria Prosecco Di Valdobbiadene Millesimato Extra Dry 2019 is pale greenish yellow and has a very fine, persistent bead. The rich nose displays beautifully typical aromas of white peach, melon and spring blossom, leading you into a similarly ripe, aromatic palate. Long, harmonious and very pleasing to drink.

Grown in Astoria's hillside vineyards, approximately 150 metres above sea level. The Glera grapes for this vintage Prosecco were harvested by hand in September at the point of perfect ripeness and were then lightly crushed. Both the primary and secondary fermentations took place in stainless steel and the wine was bottled after a short period of lees contact which added weight and complexity to the nose and palate.
