Astoria Fashion Victim Rose is a juicy, rosé Prosecco-style wine, tinted by the addition of Pinot Nero grapes. A fruity and fresh summer wine with hints of strawberry, lots of ripe raspberry, red berry fruit with a hint of cream, plus a gentle floral aspect. Nicely balanced, with a surprisingly elegant, dry finish.
Astoria Fashion Victim Rosé owes its colour to the ten percent of Pinot Noir that is added to the fresh and fruity Glera or Prosecco grape. Ideally served cool, it has the additional richness of an Extra Dry sparkling wine.
While there is no such thing as Pink Prosecco, this is the nearest thing. It's packed with fine fruit flavours balanced by a gentle sweetness on the palate. Quite simply it's a little bit of luxury for an affordable price. Suits just about every palate too. The bottle is a special production for Astoria. In fact it's a map of the canals of Venice should you be able to lay it flat but perhaps there are easier ways to find your way around the great city.
