A light, straw yellow colour with bright reflections gives way to a bouquet of crisp green apples and fresh, crusty bread. The delicate palate is long and refined, with a clean finish.
Grown in the family vineyards to the north of Venice, this is a stunning un-oaked Chardonnay from Astoria. It was given a cold maceration on the skins before fermentation so that as much as possible of the fruit flavour was extracted from the Chardonnay grapes.
