Astoria, 9.5 Cold Alcohol Free Zerotondo, Nv

9.5 Cold Wine Zerotondo is a delicious, soft, lively and cheerful alcohol-free "wine". It has a light straw yellow colour and a nose of ripe white peach, fresh yellow apple and melon. Naturally fresh, with bright, white fruit flavours and a fine, persistent mousse. Refreshing and thirst-quenching, with a lovely, harmonious dry finish.

Made by Astoria Vini in the Veneto region of Italy, 9.5 Cold Wine Zerotondo is made from a blend of organically grown, local grape varieties. The grapes are pressed and the juice is stored in refrigerated tanks to prevent alcoholic fermentation from occurring. Before bottling, natural carbon dioxide is added to give the Zerotondo its sparkle. Perfect for halal functions and for any other occasion, too.

9.5 Cold Wine is the result of an encounter between nature and technology, flavour and fun, pleasure and moderation. With a nod to moderate alcohol consumption, the Nine Dot Five name bears testament to its low alcoholic content, making it a more accessible drink that retains the fruity flavours and elegance of a Prosecco or Glera based wine. It is the careful selection of a particular type of cryophilic yeast, one that can ferment the grape juice at extremely low temperatures (around 9.5°C) for 30 to 35 days, that produces a wine that is fruity yet complex. Hence the name of 9.5 Cold Wine.
