From the mid‑17th century, Château Pichon Baron has stood as one of Bordeaux’s most prestigious estates, its origins rooted in the vineyards of Pauillac and crowned as a 2nd Grand Cru Classé in the 1855 Classification.

Planted on 75 hectares of deep gravel soils—the famed “Butte de Pichon Baron” forming the core of the Grand Vin—the estate combines vine age, terroir and tradition to create wines of power, elegance and longevity.

Crafted under the ownership of AXA Millésimes, the wines reflect both state‑of‑the‑art viticulture and a deep respect for heritage: parcels are carefully selected, vinification is precise and age-worthy, and each blend changes with the vintage yet retains the unmistakable Pauillac signature of black fruit, fine structure and minerality.
