This is a sensational Carmenere from a single vineyard in the Colchagua Valley. The wine is extremely elegant, powerful and packed with ripe red fruit flavours that are fresh and vibrant. On the concentrated palate it is extremely juicy and the exceptional fruit flavours are supported with firm and bold tannins. Long in the finish the wine makes and ideal partner to red meats of all types.
This is a great expression of Carmenere which is ideally suited to the Coastal Region of the Colchagua Valley where the granitic soils make it a perfect home. The vineyards are planted on the regions soft hills where the soils are low in fertility and morning breezes aid the slow ripening of the grapes thus leading to healthy and high quality grapes.
