Domaine Tollot-Beaut Savigny-Les-Beaune 1er Cru Savigny-Lavieres has spicy raspberry fruit dominant on the nose, the palate is generous and well fruited with great balance and grip. Although this Savigny-Lès-Beaune Les Lavières wine is fun to drink now, there are several years life left in it if well cellared.

As in most vintages, the Domaine Tollot-Beaut Savigny-Lès-Beaune 1er Cru Savigny-Lavières is approachable a bit earlier than its twin Champs-Chevrey. A wonderful red Burgundy almost ready from the day of bottling.

Domaine Tollot-Beaut

Founded in the 1880s, Tollot-Beaut pioneered domaine bottling in 1921. Today they are helmed by fifth-generation winemaker Nathalie Tollot who employs traditional techniques to produce their artisinal Burgundies. They use no fertilisers, keep yields low and harvest entirely by hand. Based in Chorey-Le-Beaune, their holdings span Aloxe Corton, Savigny, Corton, and the 1er Cru Beaune ‘Greves’.
