Domaine Pascal Prunier-Bonheur Saint-Romain La Combe Bazin 2017 has a bracing minerality imparted by the soils of its vineyard. This makes it an ideal partner to food, whilst the perfect level of acidity provides freshness and vitality. Domaine Pascal Prunier-Bonheur

“A fifth-generation winemaker, Pascal Prunier assumed the reins of this estate in 1983. He and his wife Christine Bonheur renamed it, combining their names to form the new Domaine Pascal Prunier-Bonheur. Their goal is to offer “a genuine product, the result of hard work without pretense and without excessive ambition.” The domaine spans 6 hectares of vineyards, from Saint-Romain in Beaune to Auxey-Duresses, Monthelie, Meursault, and Pommard. However, Pascal is continually expanding its holdings, recently acquiring a Meursault plot, a parcel of Auxey-Duresses red, and a new premier cru, Auxey-Duresses Val.
