- Red Still
- 75cl
A juicy and ripe St Emilion satellite that won a gold medal from Gilbert and Gaillard for this vintage and rightly so too. It's a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc with a dollop of Cabernet Sauvignon too. It was vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and would be best enjoyed cool at around 16 to 18 degrees. The aromas are fresh and inviting with red fruit notes dominating . On the palate it is elegant yet robust, well balanced and with a decent capacity to age for around 4 to 5 years. Enjoy this wine with a good steak or when in season, some tasty game birds!
