Nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar, the vineyard and cellars of Champagne Veuve Doussot find their home in the picturesque village of Noé-les-Mallets. Founded in the early 1970’s by Georges Joly and his sons, Veuve Doussot is headed to by Stephane Joly who carries forward this remarkable family legacy with the same unwavering commitment to quality and tradition, echoing the spirit of his grandfather, father, and uncles.

For generations, “Les Joly” have crafted a unique blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Pinot Noir, a regional hallmark, thrives in the Côte des Bar soil which is rich in clay and limestone and provides a unique depth and character to their Champagne. Chardonnay compliments the Pinot Noir by contributing a fresh, floral flourish. In their pursuit of excellence, the Joly family embraces reasoned and sustainable viticulture, preserving the wine’s unique style, balance, and respect for tradition.
