In the capable hands of Jean-Marc Roulot (who was destined for an acting career until his pioneering father Guy tragically passed away), this domaine has become one of the leading growers in Meursault. Today the estate farms 16ha of vines throughout Beaune, and stylistically these are some of the most riveting and precise wines you will find, with a degree of finesse almost unheard of in Meursault. Jean-Marc even makes a cracking liqueur from apricot, the L’Abricot du Roulot, which his father had secretly been making for years. Crafted from Bergeron apricots, this is a stunning and wonderfully unusual digestif.
