Lots of berries and spice carry through to the finish, framed by dusty tannins and a subtle earthy note.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt's a brilliant match for chargrilled lamb chops, smoky barbecue dishes or roasted Mediterranean vegetables.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTo make Parés Baltà Mas Petit, perfectly ripe old-vine Cabernet Sauvignon and Garnatxa (Grenache) grapes were fermented separately in stainless steel tanks to preserve their bright fruit and natural acidity.
