Lots of berries and spice are on the finish with a final wrap of dusty tannins and a subtle touch of earthiness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTo make Parés Baltà Mas Petit, perfectly ripe, old vine, Cabernet Sauvignon and Garnatxa (Grenache) grapes were fermented separately in stainless steel tanks to preserve their bright fruit and pleasant acidity.
